We would like to apologize for today's server outage between 8 and 9 am. Between 8:06 and 08:11 German time, CentralStationCRM was unavailable.
The outage was caused by a hardware failure on one of our database servers, which unfortunately affected the overall availability. Incoming requests during this time were lost if they were not resubmitted. Incoming mails during this time should have been automatically redelivered and processed afterward.
Our team has resolved the issue as quickly as possible, and we are working to prevent future outages of this nature.
