Automatically recorded goals and analyses of your goals

In June, we introduced “goals” in CentralStationCRM so that you can record smaller steps in your (sales) process. Such a goal can be a cold call or a visit to the customer's premises.

We are now releasing the next step: the analysis function for the goals. Here you can see how often you have achieved your goals in a period of time and can also see the different goals side by side and put them in relation to each other.

And that's not all: in addition to your own goals, CentralStationCRM now also has goals that are automatically recorded while you are working in your CRM. We have three automatically created goals to start with:

  1. Deal created
  2. Deal won
  3. Deal lost

These goals are automatically recorded when you use the respective actions in your CRM. On the analysis page, you can then see both the automatically recorded goals and your own goals.

Want an example? You could, for example, record cold calls and on-site appointments on the way to an offer as targets. Using the analysis function, you can then see at a glance that you were able to arrange five appointments with potential customers out of 20 cold calls. This allows you to better develop your sales performance and plan your sales activities more effectively.

Further details on the new analysis function

  • We are now rolling out this feature to more customers every day. If you don't want to wait any longer, please write to us and we will activate it for you in advance.
  • The analysis function will be free to use for the recent past. If you also want to view and compare data from older periods, you will need to book the paid analysis extension. During the beta phase, however, the function will be available to everyone without restrictions.
  • The analysis function can only be used by users with co-owner or owner rights. This is because you can also evaluate the target achievements for individual users.

We wish you lots of fun and success in achieving your goals. Feel free to get in touch if we can help you.
