All our packages offer exactly the same range of functions and only differ in terms of users, contacts and data storage. The number of CRM users in your company is usually clear, but there may be some uncertainty regarding the number of contacts and storage space required. Generally speaking, our packages are designed to fulfill 95% of our customers' needs. However, there is also the option of booking storage space and contacts separately without changing the package. Your decision in favour of a package can be flexibly adapted at any time.

Yes, CentralStationCRM grows with your requirements. You can change the package at any time in your account settings.

The test phase is free of charge and completely non-binding for all packages. After the 30 days, we will send you an e-mail asking whether you would like to continue using the software with a paid plan, whether the free starter plan is enough for you or whether you would prefer to delete your account. Even if you do not respond to this e-mail, there will be no consequences. Only if you make a decision in favour of a fee-based tariff and enter your payment details will a contract be signed. Whether you want to continue working with your test data after the 30 days or start with an empty account is up to you. Both are possible.

We accept payment by SEPA direct debit or credit card. You can download your invoices directly in your account settings or receive them by e-mail.

Your data is safe with us. We operate our servers for storing customer data in modern data centres, which are monitored around the clock from outside and inside. With regular security updates and a modern server infrastructure, we do everything we can to manage your information securely. Daily backups and redundant data storage offer you the highest level of security. In addition, all access to CentralStationCRM takes place via an encrypted SSL connection - the same encryption used by leading banks. CentralStationCRM is largely self-explanatory and can also be used by people who are not proven IT experts or long-time CRM users. We offer free webinars (in german) and extensive online help to make it easier to get started. If questions cannot be answered in this way, we are of course always available as a point of contact. The average response time to a user question last year was around 10 minutes. We won't leave you on your own.
